Tim (Xuetao) Chen is a Software Test Architect and Team Leader at Dyson with over 15 years of experience in software team and project management. Currently, they lead a team designing software test architecture and infrastructure for robotics and machine learning systems, while also developing data analytics pipelines for data-driven decision-making. Previously, Tim served as an Engineering Manager at Aitech Robotics and Automation Pte Ltd and held positions as Lead Software Test Engineer and Senior Electrical Engineer. Tim earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
