Tom Gibson

Tom Gibson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and systems engineering across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy & Transformation Manager at Dyson since September 2019, Tom has been instrumental in enhancing technical capabilities and managing project assessments. Previously, Tom held multiple engineering roles at Jaguar Land Rover from 2011 to 2019, where significant contributions included deploying systems engineering strategies and leading projects in hybrid-electric vehicle development. Earlier career experiences include positions at Invensys Rail, Thales, and BBC Technology, beginning with an undergraduate engineering role after earning a degree in Interactive Systems Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
