Tom Shellard

Tom Shellard is a Transformation Project Manager at Dyson, where they leverage their extensive experience in delivering change initiatives. Prior to joining Dyson in 2019, Tom worked at Allianz Insurance from 2016 to 2019, initially as a Senior Technical Claims Handler and later as a Change Consultant, where they focused on process improvements and stakeholder management. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Plymouth, which they earned between 2006 and 2009.
