Tracy Xu

Marketing

Tracy Xu has over a decade of experience in marketing and product development, currently serving in a marketing role at Dyson since August 2014. Prior experience includes working at Bostik from 2012 to 2013, where Tracy initiated the "Customer Intelligence" project and developed strategic partnerships through supplier seminars. At Unilever, from December 2008 to March 2012, Tracy designed global claim support strategies, facilitated the launch of five global projects, and won the Consumer-Led Innovation Award in 2010 for a claim study utilizing a new consumer research methodology. Earlier, in a product development role at Kao Corporation from March 2007 to December 2008, Tracy focused on interpreting consumer insights to support product promotion. Tracy holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing from the University of Bath and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
