Venice Sia

Venice Sia is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources. Currently serving as a Global Senior HR Advisor at Dyson since May 2022, with a promotion effective April 2024, Venice previously held the position of Global HR Advisor at DHL Supply Chain, where dual responsibilities included HR Business Partnering for the Regional Office and Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence for the APAC region. Prior experiences include roles as HR Analyst at MUFG and FrieslandCampina, focusing on regional HR operations and business partnering projects. Venice's career began with various HR internships in Beijing and Singapore from 2015 to 2018. Venice holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honors) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certification in Human Resources at Singapore Management University, while also having studied Business (Technopreneurship) at Tsinghua University.
