Vidya Sagar

Vidya Sagar is an Associate Principal Engineer - Acoustics at Dyson, where they focus on the acoustics performance of electric motors used in hair care and floor care products. Previously, Vidya worked as an Acoustics Specialist and Senior Lead Engineer at Faurecia, overseeing the acoustic performance of exhaust systems and validating test benches. Their career began as an Assistant Manager in the design department at TATA Hitachi Construction Machinery Company Limited, where they contributed to the development of hydraulic cylinders for 100-ton dump trucks. Vidya holds a Master's degree in Acoustics from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Sindri.
