Walter Liebenow is a seasoned global operations and customer experience executive currently serving as VP of Customer Service for the Americas at Dyson. With a robust background in e-commerce, retail, and financial sectors, Walter has demonstrated transformational leadership throughout various roles, including Director positions at Wayfair and Chewy. A former Company Commander in the Mississippi National Guard and a U.S. Army veteran, Walter has extensive logistics and operational management experience from military service in combat environments. They hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Mississippi State University.
