Ashley Forseille

Ashley Forseille, CPHR, currently serves as the VP of People and Business Operations at Dyspatch, a role held since July 2017, where responsibilities include employee engagement, recruitment, and strategic human resources. Prior positions at Dyspatch include Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Interim Director of Operations, and Operations Coordinator, showcasing a strong focus on human resources, community engagement, and office management. Before joining Dyspatch, Ashley worked as a self-employed Historical Research Consultant, specializing in various research methodologies and topics, including indigenous-settler relations and social history. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Victoria and Program Assistant at WITS Programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Canadian History from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from Thompson Rivers University.
