Kyle Hall has had a diverse work experience in the fields of talent acquisition and recruiting. Kyle started their career in 2004 as a Recruiter at Atlantis Partners, then moved on to work as an IT Recruiter at Columbia Technology. After that, they joined SL Staffing as a Sr. Account Manager/Recruiter, specializing in hiring IT personnel for financial clients. In 2007, they joined Yoh as a Corporate Recruiter, providing talent and outsourcing services. In 2010, they joined DZConnex at GE Recruiting Center of Excellence as a Sr. Corporate Recruiter, focusing on engineering professionals. Kyle then transitioned to GE Transportation as a DZConneX Recruiting Team Leader, leading a team of recruiters. Kyle later became the Operations Manager, responsible for leading staffing and recruiting teams across multiple GE business segments. Currently, they work at DZConneX as the Director of RPO Operations, supporting General Electric.
