Gregory Herschler has worked in the engineering field since 2008. Gregory began their career as an E80 Proctor at Harvey Mudd College, and also worked as a Machine Shop Proctor, supervising students in the student machine shop, sheet metal shop, and wood shop. In 2008, they were a Team Member at the AeroVironment Clinic and an Intern at Swift Engineering. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as an Engineer at Swift Engineering. Since 2015, they have been a Mechanical Engineer at DZYNE Technologies, responsible for CAD generation, component analysis, drawing generation, vehicle assembly and testing.

Gregory Herschler received their BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College between 2005 and 2009. In 2007, they participated in a study abroad program at the University of Canterbury. Gregory then went on to receive their Master of Science (MS) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington between 2013 and 2015.
