Chief Engineer - Long Endurance Program Office (LPO)

Michael Slater is an experienced Chief Engineer with a focus on system-level and mechanical design solutions in the aerospace and transportation industries. They have extensive experience in product design, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and Systems Engineering throughout the product lifecycle. Currently, Michael leads the engineering development teams for the Long Endurance Program Office at DZYNE Technologies, where they are responsible for aligning technical designs with program goals. Previously, they held the position of Chief Engineer at Insitu Inc, overseeing the technical leadership of Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Michael began their career as a Wind Tunnel Model Designer at Boeing Aerodynamics Lab, where they designed models for various aircraft programs.
