Héctor Bernardo

Héctor Bernardo serves as the Chief Operating Officer at PONTEM · World Class Engineered Art ® since January 2022 and has held the position of Secretario general at e-ACHE since February 2018. From November 2021 to June 2023, Héctor worked as a Profesor asociado at Universidad Europea. Prior experience includes working as an Ingeniero at Dragados SA from May 2006 to September 2021 and at Construcciones y obras Llorente S.A. (COLLOSA) from August 2004 to May 2006. Héctor earned a Doctor Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Burgos and completed a degree in Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos at the same institution from 1999 to 2004.
