Jason Worlock

Head Of IT Service at E-ACT

Jason Worlock has a comprehensive work experience in the IT field. Jason started working at Bedminster Down School in 2005 as an IT Manager, where they developed and managed IT services for eight local primary schools. In 2017, they became the Director of IT at THE VENTURERS TRUST. Jason then joined City of Bath YMCA in 2003 as a Youth Worker and also held positions as part of the Ten Sing Project, representing the YMCA at local, national, and international events. In 2019, they became the National IT Security Manager at E-ACT, and later progressed to the role of Head of IT Service. Additionally, in 2021, they took on the role of Chair of Governors at Christchurch Church of England Primary School in Hanham.

Jason Worlock attended Hanham High School from 1986 to 1991. Jason did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during their time there. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various certifications from Microsoft, including MTA: Security Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, MTA: Cloud Fundamentals, MTA: Mobility and Device Fundamentals, MTA: Networking Fundamentals, MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals, and MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals, all in different years ranging from 2016 to 2021. Jason also received PRINCE2 certifications, including PRINCE2 Foundation Certification Training in 2019 and PRINCE2 2017 Practitioner in 2019. Additionally, they obtained the Cyber Essentials - prepare for certification from Jisc in 2021.
