Organizations come to us when the funding is competitive, and the stakes are high. We work with startups, universities, and innovation programs to secure non-dilutive funding, develop strong grant proposals, and measure the results of funded initiatives. Together, our clients have secured $450M+ in funding from federal, state, and foundation programs.

What We Do
• Find Funding: Our tailored funding research identifies opportunities aligned with an organization’s goals, mission, and growth plans. Clients receive a curated roadmap of funding opportunities designed to support long-term innovation and growth.
• Grant Writing: We translate complex ideas into clear, funder-ready proposals that meet strict agency requirements while communicating innovation, feasibility, and impact.
• Program Evaluation: We conduct independent program and project evaluations that support outcome measurement, data analysis, reporting, and continuous program improvement.

While industry agnostic, our work focuses heavily on the innovation ecosystem, including:
• Emerging Technologies & Innovation R&D: Programs supporting early-stage research and innovation (e.g., SBIR, STTR, NSF TIP, ARPA-E, DOE, NIH)
• Technology Commercialization & Startup Growth: Programs that move research from lab to market (e.g., SBIR, STTR, NSF I-Corps, NSF PFI, EDA Build to Scale)
• Postsecondary Education & STEM Initiatives: Programs strengthening institutional capacity and student success (e.g., TRIO, Title III, Title V, HSI-STEM, ATE, S-STEM, IUSE, LSAMP)
• Workforce Development & Talent Pipelines: Programs preparing students and workers for high-demand technology sectors (e.g., NSF ATE, NSF NRT, Perkins V)
• Regional Innovation & Economic Development: Large-scale initiatives supporting regional competitiveness and technology clusters (e.g., NSF Engines, EDA Tech Hubs, EDA Recompete, Build to Scale).
