Sam Strotman is the President and Chief Operating Officer at E-BEAM Services Inc., a role held since 2018, after serving as General Manager of Operations from 2013 to 2018. Prior to this, Sam held various leadership positions, including Senior VP of Operations at Hamilton Fixture and Operations Manager at both Corning Precision Lens and BAE Systems. Sam's military career includes serving as a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, retiring in 2016, with active duty service in Iraq. Sam earned a BS in Business Administration from Iowa State University and is currently pursuing an MSS in International Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College.
