E -Commodities Holdings Limited, formerly Winsway Enterprises Holdings Limited, is engaged in the procurement and supply of coking coal around the world, as well as the provision of services to its customers in China. These services include sourcing, transportation, storage, processing and sale of coking coal. The Company has established an integrated end-to-end service platform comprising its logistics parks, border crossing infrastructure, coal processing plants and road and railway transportation capabilities. It operates in three business segments: processing and trading of coking coal and related products, coal mining and logistics services. It sources a portion of its coking coal from its Mongolia-based suppliers.
