Anthony Hall

Anthony Hall is the Chief Financial Officer at E Contracting, drawing on over 30 years of experience in sitework construction projects in Northern Virginia. Previously, Hall held various positions including Director of Construction Management and Director of Business Development at Total Development Solutions, where they managed budgeting, scheduling, and client relations for construction projects. Hall began their career as a Laborer at R.L. Rider & Co. and has also worked in roles such as Field Technician, Estimator, and Assistant Land Development Services Manager. Hall earned a B.A. in Environmental Sciences and Astronomy from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Virginia School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
