Fernanda Esteves is the Chief Financial Officer at e-Core, where they oversee administrative, financial, legal, and IT & security operations. With over 30 years of experience in finance and controllership across national and multinational companies, they have successfully managed complex structured funding operations, including a notable debt restructuring of US$ 730 million. Previously, Fernanda held key finance roles at Vonpar Refrescos S/A, AES Sul, and Renner Hermann S.A., leveraging their expertise in risk management, asset control, and financial analysis. They earned an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and have furthered their education with a course on Mergers and Acquisitions from Harvard Business School.
