Hugo do Prado

Hugo do Prado is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in support engineering and IT monitoring. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at e-Core since June 2022, Hugo previously worked at IBM for over a decade in various roles, including IT Monitoring Specialist and Service Desk Analyst. Following his tenure at IBM, Hugo contributed to Kyndryl as an IT Monitoring | Observability Specialist from September 2021 to June 2022. Hugo holds an education from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP, where studies were completed between 2005 and 2007.
