Andy M.

Andy M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Leiter Recruiting, Personal- & Führungskräfteentwicklung, Change Management & Ausbildung at E.DIS since February 2023, Andy also holds the position of Head of Human Resources Development at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, a role undertaken since November 2015. Additional responsibilities at DB Engineering include Teamleiter Programme und Projekte HR and Assistenz der Geschäftsführung. Andy has been active in the Bundesverband der Personalmanager (BPM) as Stellvertretender Regionalgruppenleiter for Berlin/Brandenburg since July 2016.
