Brian Bean

Brian Bean is a seasoned intellectual property professional with extensive experience in managing patent portfolios, particularly in chemistry, electronics, materials, and display technologies. Since May 2015, Bean has served as Senior Director of Intellectual Property at E Ink Corporation, overseeing patent and trademark efforts and collaborating with marketing and sales teams. Prior roles include Director of Intellectual Property and Senior Intellectual Property Attorney at E Ink Corporation, as well as Attorney positions at Brown Rudnick and Lando & Anastasi, LLP, focusing on IP management for life sciences and related fields. Bean holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Stanford University and a JD in Intellectual Property & Corporate Law from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
