Dan Luo is a Materials Scientist at E Ink Corporation, specializing in pigment and nanoparticle synthesis and ink formulation since March 2022. Previously, as a Data Scientist Fellow at Techlent, Dan developed a binary churn classifier for the telecom industry. Dan's research experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Houston, focusing on subsurface nanotechnology in collaboration with an oil company, and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The University of Texas at Austin, working on wettability alteration in a TOTAL project. Dan holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston and has a strong background in petroleum engineering, having earned a Bachelor's degree and pursued advanced studies at Southwest Petroleum University.
