Joe Lynch

Joe Lynch is a seasoned manufacturing process engineer with extensive experience in scaling up manufacturing processes across various industries. Currently employed at E Ink Corporation since April 2011, Joe has previously held significant roles at American Superconductor as a principal engineer, where key contributions included the development of handling methods for superconducting wire production. During a tenure at Polaroid, Joe led multiple successful scale-up projects in photographic and electronic imaging media. Joe’s engineering career began at Avery Dennison, where notable achievements included transferring innovative humidification systems to production. Joe holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
