Didier Lorentz

Didier Lorentz has a diverse background in retail and food service, having worked at various companies including Auchan Retail and E. Leclerc. Didier's career began as a sales advisor at Auchan Retail from 2003 to 2006, followed by roles in food service and as a versatile employee at CHEZ YVONNE and LINOBA EXPLOITATION. From 2008 to 2011, Didier served as the responsible for charcuterie and traditional cheese at E. Leclerc, eventually becoming the director of commercial operations in 2018, a position held to the present day. Didier holds a CAP and BEP in Electrotechnique from Lycée Marcel Rudloff, completed between 1997 and 1999.
