Mariusz B.

Mariusz B. is a Commercial Director with over 18 years of experience in sales, administration, and HR. They played a key role in managing one of the most profitable sales regions in Poland and successfully established new sales office structures. At Lidl Polska, Mariusz served as the HR and Administration Manager from 2017 to 2023, where they contributed to the development of a highly regarded HR team.
