Quentin Roux

Quentin Roux is currently the Director of the Fruits and Vegetables Division at E.Leclerc Réunion, overseeing operations across 18 stores. They previously held various roles at Auchan Retail France, including Chef de secteur métier de bouche and Manager of fruits and vegetables, where they were instrumental in commercial animation and team mobilization. Quentin also served as Director of an Auchan hypermarket in Russia, successfully managing a new discount format and significantly increasing store revenue. They hold a DESS in Agricultural Engineering from Université de Corse Pascal Paoli.
