Luis Padilla

Luis Padilla serves as President and CEO of E-Logic, Inc. since September 2010, where leadership has driven the company’s strategic initiatives, leading to significant expansion and the opening of multiple locations. Prior to this role, Luis was a Commissioner at the Fairfax County Human Rights Commission from 2009 to 2011, focusing on promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the community. Luis’s earlier career includes staff positions at Stites & Harbison, Lewis & Associates, P.C., and the U.S. House of Representatives. Academically, Luis holds an MBA from the University of Bath and a BA in Government & International Relations from George Mason University, along with a certificate from the Human Rights Campaign Youth College.
