Established in 1898 by Joe Manton and incorporated in 1956, we are a  regional main contractor delivering construction solutions throughout the Greater Midlands region from our offices in Birmingham. In October 2022, the business transferred ownership to an Employee Owned Trust (EOT)

Although the Manton family who founded the business, are no longer with us, the company still retains the values of a family run business where clients and employees are treated with the same high levels of respect.

We work for public and private sector clients delivering new build and refurbishment projects for the Local Authority, Residential, Education, Extra Care and Healthcare sectors. We are passionate about delivering solutions in partnership with our clients and stakeholders implementing innovation and continuous improvement throughout.

We have developed an extensive portfolio of experience with projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £7,000,000 operating across two divisions.
