Dyan Blomberg

Dyan Blomberg has extensive work experience in the legal field. Dyan is currently serving as the Chief Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer for eMDs since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Interim General Counsel for eMDs starting from September 2021. Before joining eMDs, Dyan was employed at MAXIMUS as the Senior Contracts Director and Legal Counsel from September 2012 to September 2021. Dyan has also worked as a Law Clerk at Garlo Ward, P.C. from August 2010 to August 2012 and as an Attorney at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. from August 2006 to August 2010. Dyan began their career at the Texas Department of Transportation as an Accountant III from August 1999 to August 2003.

Dyan Blomberg's education history begins with their high school education at Del Rio High School from 1991 to 1994. They then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on International Business, Accounting, and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1998. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2003, Dyan attended Texas State University for a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Technical Communication/Speech. Finally, Dyan completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Iowa between 2003 and 2006.
