Michael Hirrell has extensive experience in operations and customer service management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Team Leader at E.ON Next since May 2020. Prior to this, Michael held the positions of Customer Service Team Manager and Coach at E.ON UK from April 2017 to May 2020, focusing on the coaching and development of advisors in an inbound contact center. Michael also worked as a Mentor and Complaints Manager, showcasing strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities. Education was obtained at Guthlaxton College.
