Luiza Arustei is a seasoned Business Analyst currently employed at E.ON Software Development since November 2021, where responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities, analyzing business processes, and managing the delivery of high-quality solutions while consulting and training business partners. Prior experience includes a Business Analyst role at Conduent from September 2018 to October 2021, where Luiza supported process definition, collected requirements, tested processes, and contributed to user documentation and training. Luiza also worked as a Human Resources Analyst, managing various HR functions, including immigration requirements and onboarding new employees. Luiza holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the same institution.
