Atanaska Semmann

Atanaska Semmann has extensive experience in corporate tax, specializing in M&A tax. From January 2014 to November 2020, Atanaska held the position of Referent Corporate Tax and later became Head of M&A Tax at E.ON. Prior to that, Atanaska worked as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Tax at KPMG for a brief period in February 2009 and served as Manager of M&A Tax & International Tax at Deloitte from July 2012 to December 2013. Atanaska's educational background includes a Diplom in Business Administration with a focus on Tax Law and Accounting from Bielefeld University (2004-2008), a Certified Tax Advisor qualification obtained between 2011 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Copenhagen Business School (2008).
