Elena Morlock is currently the Vorstandsreferentin COO-Networks at E.ON, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, Elena worked as a Projektmanagerin für Produkt- und Lösungsentwicklung at Bayernwerk Natur GmbH from 2022 to 2024 and completed a trainee program at Bayernwerk from 2020 to 2022. They also conducted their Master’s thesis at FfE, focusing on a techno-economic evaluation model for vehicle-home systems. Elena earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering - Energy and Resources from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering - Materials Resource Management from Universität Augsburg, along with an exchange year at Carleton University.
