Gareth Cook is currently the Head of Legal M&A at E.ON SE, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Principal Associate at Shoosmiths from 2017 to 2021 and held various roles, including Commercial Lawyer and Senior Legal Counsel at E.ON UK between 2021 and 2024.
