Heike Strobel

Heike Strobel currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Finance Services at E.ON, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Heike Strobel was Vice President and Head of Global Shared Services at Fresenius Medical Care from January 2009 to October 2023, overseeing a Finance GSS organization with over 500 full-time employees and a budget exceeding €20 million, while leading transformation initiatives to enhance process efficiency and quality. Additionally, Heike Strobel held various leadership positions at Fresenius Medical Care, including Vice President of the Global Shared Service Centers Council and Director of Controlling Global Manufacturing and Quality, driving strategic financial projects and managing financial reporting for numerous global production sites. Earlier experience includes roles in internal auditing and financial consolidation at Fresenius Group and Fresenius Medical Care. Heike Strobel holds a Diplom in International Business Administration from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences and has pursued education at Universidad de Santiago de Chile and Dreieich-Gymnasium in Germany.
