Henning Bergerud

Henning Bergerud is currently the Head of End 2 End Optimization at E.ON, a position they commenced in 2023. Previously, Henning has held various leadership and managerial roles, including Global Project Manager for Continuous Improvement at Oatly from 2019 to 2023 and Production Leader at the State Prison of Helsingborg from 2000 to 2005. Their extensive experience includes production management across multiple companies, such as Barry Callebaut Group and McNeil AB, where they emphasized Lean Management and financial responsibility. Henning's early career included military training with the Norwegian and Hellenic Armies.
