Imko Janssen is currently the Head of HR Business Partnering at E.ON, where they partner with various CEO and CFO departments and lead HR projects across the organization. Previously, they served as an HR Business Partner and a Training Development Consultant within E.ON, focusing on developing e-learning infrastructures and HR strategies. Imko's early career includes roles as a Full-Time Volunteer with Pais Project and a Student Worker at TU Braunschweig, where they provided course guidance and administrative support. They hold a Master of Arts degree in Organization, Governance, and Education from Technische Universität Braunschweig, earned with distinction.
