Isabel Becherer

Isabel Becherer is currently the Programme Lead of the E.ON International Graduate Programme and serves as a Talent Management Expert at E.ON. They previously held roles in personal and leadership development at Westnetz GmbH and RWE AG from 2018 to 2021. Isabel also gained valuable experience as a student consultant at Campus for Company e.V. and completed various placements during their training in the E.ON International Graduate Program. Isabel earned multiple degrees, including a Master's in Psychology from Ruhr-Universität Bochum and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management.
