Jan Flader

Jan Flader is currently the Head of ICS Governance at E.ON, where they oversee the Internal Control System across the E.ON Group and lead the development and implementation of the ICS Framework. Previously, Jan held positions as a Senior Manager of Corporate Internal Control at innogy SE and a Senior Consultant in Advisory Consulting at PwC Deutschland, focusing on risk assurance and compliance for major companies. Jan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Wirtschaftsakademie Düsseldorf and two degrees from the University of Lincoln, including an MBA in Finance. Their extensive experience in risk management and internal controls has established them as a leader in the field.
