Lee Loftus has extensive experience in the energy and financial services sectors, currently serving as Digitalisation Lead at E.ON since June 2018, while also holding roles such as Continuous Improvement Lead, Strategic Planning & Performance Manager, and Scheduling Delivery and Utilisation Manager. Prior to E.ON, Lee held the position of Support Contact Centre Manager at Orbit Group from September 2015 to June 2018 and served as Customer Contact and Strategy Manager at Nationwide Building Society from July 2012 to August 2015. Lee's earlier experience includes Senior Business Analyst and Sales Operations Manager roles at TSYS Managed Services from November 2010 to July 2012.
