Luisa Schäfer

Luisa Schäfer is a Senior Expert in Global Learning at E.ON, focusing on developing and implementing impactful learning initiatives aligned with a global L&D strategy. Previously, Luisa held roles as Learning Design & Experience Manager and IT Business Analyst at E.ON Digital Technology, where they facilitated digital culture initiatives and adopted Agile methodologies. Luisa also gained experience as a student assistant in HR consulting and customer support roles at ifp and Learnship, respectively. They began their career with an internship in sales at Vodafone Global Enterprise Inc. and participated in the E.ON International HR & Tech Graduate Program, completing placements across various departments.
