Raiko Jacob is a Senior Data- and Process-Mining-Scientist at E.ON, focusing on data/process visualization, mining, quality, and process optimization. Previously, Raiko held various roles in market communication and energy data management at RWE and innogy SE, where responsibilities included customer service and portfolio management.
