Steffen Kartenbender

Steffen Kartenbender is the Geschäftsführer of E.ON impulse GmbH and leads the Force division, which specializes in flexible staffing solutions within an increasingly agile work environment. With extensive experience in the energy sector, they have held key positions at RWE, including Head of Plant Portfolio Optimisation and Head of Synergies for steering generation. Steffen previously served as Head of iForce at innogy SE, focusing on establishing an internal service unit for flexible labor. They possess a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and have completed an exchange program at the University of California, Davis, specializing in aeronautical engineering.
