Tom Stulla is the CEO and Founder of Beyond Digital Business, where they developed the innovative expense management app, Xpense2Cash, since 2019. Currently, Tom serves as the Head of E2E - Business- & Performance Management at E.ON, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Tom worked as a scientific advisor at RWE from 2013 to 2016 and as a Senior Project Lead at innogy SE from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, they held the role of Senior Manager in Sales Planning & Reporting at E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH between 2020 and 2025. Tom is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management at Hamburger Akademie.
