Winter has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and operational excellence, with roles that include Operations Manager and currently in Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement at E.ON. They also have a background in labor law, having specialized in various aspects of the field through intensive professional training. Previously, Winter has held positions at notable companies such as Sanmina-SCI, Nokia, and Swiss Post Solutions.
