Volker Raffel

Volker Raffel is the General Manager at E.ON Romania S.A., a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, they served as Deputy General Director at E.ON Romania and held various leadership positions within E.ON, including Director of Energy Economics and Director of Energy, Public Relations & Affairs. Volker began their career in corporate business development with E.ON Energie AG, contributing to market entry initiatives across Europe and participating in Romania's privatization process. They hold degrees in engineering and physics from INP Grenoble and TU Karlsruhe, respectively.
