Having served as an HR Manager at Lear Corporation and a Human Resources Manager at WestRock Company, they have developed expertise in labor relations, performance management, and employee development. Currently, Carrie holds the position of Director of Human Resources at E-ONE, where they continue to foster strategic relationships and excellent employee relations. Carrie earned a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Technology from Delaware Technical Community College.
