Baskar Palani is an accomplished Testing and Commissioning Lead at E Pillar Engineering Services, with experience commissioning approximately 3000MW across various power plants and around 100 substations from 2016 to the present. Prior to this role, Baskar served as a Senior Testing Engineer at EMCO Qatar from 2017 to 2020 and as a Testing Engineer at uep co llc in Muscat from 2013 to 2016. Baskar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University and a Diploma of Education in the same field from Pallavan Polytechnic College. Additionally, Baskar is recognized as a Kahramaa-approved Main Relay Testing Engineer and holds various other certifications in the testing engineering domain.
