Matthew Walker

Matthew Walker is an experienced business management professional with a passion for entrepreneurship and digital marketing. Matthew has held various roles since 2003, including Founder and Director of ContactsLaw, Director of Blitz Credit Management, Legal Manager at COBA Tyre, Lawyer at Mills Oakley, Sessional Academic at UWA Law School, Principal Lawyer at Walker Legal PLLC, and currently serves as the COO and General Counsel of E-Solution Professionals.

At Tireweb, they founded and grew the business from a startup to a successful company, and became a leading provider of website development and marketing services for tire retailers across North America. At Blitz Credit Management, they managed compliance and legal functions of the company and business development, and was part of the team until its acquisition in 2018. At COBA Tyre, they were responsible for overseeing the company's legal compliance, managing its tax affairs, and coordinating investment activities.

Matthew is admitted to practice law in New York, United States Tax Court, Supreme Court of Western Australia, and the High Court of Australia.

Matthew Walker has a Bachelor of Laws from UWA Law School, a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Master of Commercial Law and a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia. Matthew also holds certifications from the New York State Bar Association, New York State Supreme Court, Australian Institute of Company Directors, High Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Western Australia, The Law Society of Western Australia, and Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
