Bill Flood

William (Bill) Flood is the Head of Satellite Operations at E-Space. He is responsible for aligning the following core functional departments within the company: manufacturing operations, supply chain, assembly, integration and test (AI&T) and program management.

Bill joins E-Space with a long history of leadership in the aerospace industry. Prior, he was the Vice President and General Manager of Moog Space Vehicles, a start-up inside of Moog Inc., which he scaled from its initial stages to a fully outfitted factory. Prior, Bill was a Vice President and General Manager at Moog, where he grew their aircraft avionics business.

Before joining Moog, Bill held several roles at Goodrich Aerospace (acquired by UTC in 2012) in Engineering at the executive leadership level. He helped lead the charge at Goodrich for the development of model-based system engineering processes and their adoption. Prior to Goodrich, Bill worked for BAE Systems, Lockheed, Bell Textron and Boeing. Along the way, Bill has been responsible for business development, engineering, bid and proposal, supplier development, manufacturing operations, general management, security and facilities.
